I thought that being hard (more like mean) on myself was the only way to grow. I was stuck in the comparison game, and I rarely—if ever—felt like I was enough.

It wasn’t until I leaned into the inner work–seeking therapy, understanding my shadows, and reprogramming my thought patterns–that I was able to make the shift I needed. Before, I felt stuck and frustrated, but after doing this internal work I felt confident and decisive. Ultimately, I was empowered to pursue a new, more fulfilling career path that’s allowed me to make a greater impact while experiencing more financial abundance. 

Now, as a mindset and success coach, this transformation is what I want every woman to experience. I want you to know, trust, and root for yourself.
