10 Healthy Travel Essentials

For me, this month includes quite a bit of traveling. I'm heading out of town on a girls trip this weekend and I can't even explain how excited I am to explore a new, very warm and sunny place! I love to travel and I have a long list of places I hope to visit in my lifetime. Traveling renews our sense of adventure, satisfies our curiosity, and gives us new perspective. 

 

As much as I love to travel, I'm very aware of how difficult it can be to stay on track with your goals and healthy habits. Learning new, healthy habits when we're in our normal routine can be difficult, let alone when we're put in completely different environments!

Holiday A.M.R.A.P. Workout

It is officially the week of Christmas!!! I've been doing my best to finish up "all the things" in order to get ready for the upcoming days of celebration! During this time of year, my training schedule always slows down. Everyone is busy buying last-minute gifts, preparing to travel or host family and friends, and often times working out gets knocked down a few places on their priority list. And although I'm a trainer, working out doesn't always make the top of my list either. However, I know how much better I feel when I am able to carve out a little time for exercise, and even short workouts play a huge role in keeping my body healthy, my mind happy, and my personality tolerable!
