Holiday A.M.R.A.P. Workout

It is officially the week of Christmas!!! I've been doing my best to finish up "all the things" in order to get ready for the upcoming days of celebration! Despite the craziness of traffic and over-crowded stores, it's been so fun to be in the midst of such beautifully festive decor and hope-filled music everywhere I go.

During this time of year, my training schedule always slows down. Everyone is busy buying last-minute gifts, preparing to travel or host family and friends, and often times working out gets knocked down a few places on their priority list. And although I'm a trainer, working out doesn't always make the top of my list either. However, I know how much better I feel when I am able to carve out a little time for exercise, and even short workouts play a huge role in keeping my body healthy, my mind happy, and my personality tolerable! :)

Below, I'm sharing one of my favorite types of workouts for days when I don't have a lot of time/space/equipment. All you need is your body, a chair, and a little room to move!

A.MR.A.P. stands for As Many Repetitions As Possible. You'll set your timer for 10 minutes (or 5, if that is all you have) and perform as many rounds of all the exercises listed below as you can, with proper form, until the timer goes off! It's a great way to challenge your body and keep it moving without taking up too much of your day!

Make sure to cool down and stretch once your workout is complete! After this, you will feel rejuvenated and more than ready to tackle that last minute to-do list!
