3 Sweet Toast Options

If you've read my 3 Savory Toast Option post, you already know how much I love toast. And because it's quick, filling, and easy to eat when I'm in a hurry, it's one of my go-to breakfast options during the week! I always try to start my day with foods that are packed with nutrients. Since motivation and self-control usually wane as it gets later in the day, it's one way to ensure that my body is getting the nutrients it needs in order to function well.  I'm a big fan of adding fruit to breakfast!
