Packing your bags already?
Here is everything that's included in the retreat:
Private Transportation to the Estate. Once you arrive in Menorca (we'll be in contact with you beforehand, so you can connect with the other women to share your flight details), you’ll be greeted by a personal transfer to our private estate.
Upon arrival at the estate, you’ll be welcomed by the lovely full-time staff and shown to your very own thoughtfully designed private room with a king-sized bed, private bath, and beautiful view of the nature that surrounds the estate.
Your food and drinks are included. We'll be sharing 3 meals together as a group. The chefs are always happy to adapt to your requirements and are very crafty at finding suitably delicious alternatives for any intolerances or allergies. Snacks and drinks are available all day upon request.
Each morning we'll begin with some gentle movement through a private yoga or pilates class, or a guided walk in nature on the property so we can break a sweat and prepare for the day ahead.
Daily Mindset and Somatic work to help you connect to yourself on a deeper level so you can break through blocks and patterns that no longer serve you.
Mastermind Coaching sessions that are designed to help you find clarity for your next steps in business. You'll be coached on how to tap into your own internal wisdom while also getting strategic feedback and solutions from other brilliant and successful business owners.

No, your flights are not included in the retreat price. Once you arrive in Menorca, though, we've got you covered. All accommodations, food, activities, and airport/ferry transfers are covered.

You'll fly in to Menorca Airport (MAH). There are also two ferry ports, Mahon Ferry Terminal and Ciutadella Port, depending on your travels before or after the retreat.

Yes. All of our food will be prepared by our on-site private chefs, and they can accommodate any food allergies or restrictions. Our food will be sourced by the estate's farmers and will either be from their own farm or neighboring farms. Think: Fresh and organic vegetables, fruits, herbs, eggs, and honey all grown on the land.

While we're going to encourage you to take time away from your phone and work, the property does include WIFI, so you'll be able to check in if you need to.
